Thanks for the post. The pieces you selected look so young and vibrant. Love the Italian gold and pearl ones. Back in the day gold jewellery, certainly in the UK, was seen as a bit serious. The fun stuff was ethnic and silver.... or plastic! Possibly this was also down to ethnic silver pieces being considerably less expensive than gold. The pearls also add glamour.

Yes, agreed, Jan, there’s always a new twist! This time, it’s mixing metals and mediums, eg. chunky plastic with thin chains, more of a tangle. 💕
