We made it! Another year ended, a new year begins. We made it through another holiday season. I hope you all had a fantastic time spent with your favorite people, infused with love and laughter. My holidays were super fun this year, with a minimum of stress, because my focus was on maximizing fun with the people I love. I did things because I enjoyed doing them, not because I felt I had to, which was a revelation. Choose what you want to do, not what you feel you have to do.

In my case, I love to decorate and make things with my hands. Once I start, I become fully immersed in the process and have fun bringing something to life. On the other hand, I had good intentions to bake the cookies I make every year, but never quite got to it. No worries, I chose what I would rather do and did it. I have all the ingredients to bake them at my leisure, invite people over, and keep the holiday spirit going throughout the long winter ahead.

As promised, here are the fruits of my fun labors, inspired by my DIY Holiday Decor Inspiration.
