I couldn't agree more. Even my daughter in her twenties complains that all bikinis now show too much bum! It isn't even flattering. Thanks for commenting and reading!!!

Jenny Walton just did a newsletter on vintage swimsuits and bemoaned how modern swimsuits lack structure and personality. We should all get together and start a petition! I think many of us are tired of the market offers.

I’m totally on board. Even if you have a fabulous body, do I want to see 98% of it in public , no thank you I don’t. I see it as a simple good manners thing!!

I love Malia Mills! This season, a friend gave me a Cynthia Rowley neoprene sleeveless suit as a gift and it is perfection — warmer for cold lake water, some compression feeling (for the 55yo body) and great coverage on the sides and bum!

I remember reading about Norma Kamali that she wears swimsuits under her clothes instead of underwear. Makes sense that she designs good ones!
